CNC Punching
Our CNC punch facility allows us to produce almost anything from sheet metal we are asked to do, to a high and consistent standard.
Repeats can be stored on the computer ready for bigger runs helping turn around time and economy. From 0.9mm up 3mm materials.
Pressing/Folding
As we have 2 sizes of press brakes, this allows us to fold form almost anything that can be formed on this type of machine, using up to 3mts of 6mm mild steel.
The quality of our products are second to none ensuring that our customers have every confidence in the final piece.
Research & Development
The R&D area of our service is the key to successful projects. It’s where we all we like to be, at the drawing board working on new innovations.
We work closely with our clients to achieve their end goal. This can often start with an idea which is scribbled on a piece of paper and then developed all the way through to field trials an then production.
