Who are Steve Wright Engineering?

Here at Steve Wright Engineering, we are now on our 3rd generation of coachbuilding, where the business is planned to be carried forward by youngest generation.

We offer commercial vehicle bodies and van conversions across various industries, but have in recent years become and established specialist in Broadcast. From simple van modifications for welfare to satellite uplinks, VSat, Goal line technology vehicles and VAR up to full coachbuilt production OB trucks/trailers. Including AC & DC power systems, roof mounted and split system air conditioning systems, we offer a solution for all.

We have a selection of departmental skills, with a wide variety of skills across the staff complimenting the coachbuilding. Our fabrication department provides a variety of sheet metal work, welding & fabrication in mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium. CNC punching, shearing & folding up 3m in length @ 6mm thick.

Our depth and breadth in staff skills, from computer/tech equipment racking and production desks to bespoke speaker & monitor bracketry, allows us to cater for all requirements that are sent our way from our longstanding and new clients.

Most things we do are designed on or followed up on Autocad, which enables us to provide design updates to clients and allows our staff to use the same images for workshop production drawings.

We pride ourselves on working closely with clients in R&D pre-production phases and then delivering on this in production. We have built a team of flexible staff that can react quickly and effectively in getting a product to the customers satisfaction, through to full production runs, packaging and labelling, then deliver to distribution centres.
